RinxLen one-shot

Summer vacations. Len is at the park, waiting for Rin. She's late, wich is weird.

"Hi Lenny! How are you?" Rin said as she arrived.

"Rin, you're late. But I don't mind." He told her as he pinched her cheek.

"It's funny. Usually you're the one who is always late." She said and giggled.

"I-It's not my fault! I'm just a sleeper..." Len blushed.

"You're lazy, that's what you are. So... what are we going to-"

"Lazy? Rin, you're so mean!" He said, crying in a fake way.

"Awww, my poor Lenny is crying. What a shame..." She giggled.

"'Your'? Excuse me, princess, I don't belong to anyone."

"Wait, did you said princess? Then yes, you belong to me. You're my servant."

"No, it's a refrence to the Lengend of Zelda tv show... nevermind. Your hand, princess." Len said while he knelt.

"See? You're lazy. Just watching tv shows all the time." She said and gived him her hand.

"Nevermind the servant thing then." He turned around and saw something wonderful. "BANANAS!" Len shouted and ran towards a fruit stand.

Rin sighed and walked towards Len.

"...Bananas? Seriously? Do you even brought money to buy bananas?" She asked him.

"I ALWAYS have money for bananas. I'll buy you some oranges too. So stop being a meany, Rin." He said as he bought the food and left the stand.

"I'm not mean!"

"You called me lazy!" He pulled out his phone and started texting Miku. "I need your help, Rin's calling me lazy and I've ran out of comebacks."

"Ok, I'm sorry!"

".....I forgive you." He said and gived Rin an orange.

"You're so sweet Lenny~" Rin said as she hugged him and smiled.

"N-no, I'm n-not." He said with a cute blushing face.

"Yes you are." She said with a grin.

"S-stop it."

"Why?"

"It's embarassing..."

"Ok, I'll stop then."

Len pushed her away and started to eat bananas.

"Len... can I ask you something?"

"y-yesh?" He said with his mouth full of bananas.

"Do you love someone? And if you do, who do you love?"

".......umm, y-yeah I l-like someone..." He said and blushed deeply.

"And who is the lucky girl? May I know?" Rin asked with a big grin.

"...umm... H-Hatsune-chan." He said in a nervous way.

"O-oh... You like Miku. Well, I hope you two can be together someday." She said with a little and sad smile.

"Oh, speaking of Hatsune-chan, there she is. Hatsune-chan!" He said as she saw Miku that was near a lake and he went there. And of course Rin had to follow him.

"Oh... It's Miku. Hi Miku!" Rin said.

"I got you something while buying Rin and I some food." Len said and gived Miku a leek bouquet.

"Oh, hi Len and Rin! Ah! A leek bouquet! Thank you so much! Len, you're the best." She said and hugged him wich made Len blush.

"I-I am not."

"Yes you are! It isn't everyday that people give me a leek bouquet! And what are you two doing?"

"Just hanging out, wanna join us?"

"Sure!"

"Then what do you girls wanna do?"

"W-well... I have something to do so... I have to go now. Bye Len and Miku."

"Bye!! Wanna go see a movie or something?" Len said.

"Sure! What movie will we see?"

"Anythings fine." He said and they started to walk to the cinema.

"Ok! I hope we'll see a funny movie. I love those movies. What kinds of movies do you like?"

"I... I like ...action movies." Len said, trying to be cool.

"...Are you sure?"

"But we can see a comedy if you want."

"Ok! It will be more fun."

After the movie

"That movie was really funny! Better than action movies, don't you think so?" Miku said.

When Miku looked to her right side, where Len was, she saw that he was sleeping.

"... Len?... Len! LEN! WAKE UP!" Miku shouted.

Len suddendly woke up.

"If you're tired you should go home to sleep."

"I wanted to spend time with-" Len stoped, yawning in a adorable way "...with you and Rin."

"But when Rin left you didn't said anything. And she seemed sad."

"I hope she's alright." Len said.

"You just say that!? You're Rin's best friend! You should do something!"

"I was going to." He said as he grabbed Miku's hand and pulled her Rin's house and he came in without knocking or even say something.

"RINNNNN!" He called for her.

When Len shouted Rin's name, she ran downstairs to see who it was.

"Len!? You should at least knock the door first! And... what are you two doing here?"

"I noticed you were sad when you left and this 'banana-guy' decided to go here."

Len sat on the couch in the living room and he pat his lap.

"Come Rin, we need to talk about your feelings."

"M-my feelings?"

"You are sad, and I want to know about what." He said and pulled Rin onto his lap. "Tell me."

"I-it's nothing, don't worry." Rin said and blushes.

Len suddendly fell asleep against Rin's shoulder.

"W-what are you doing Len!? W-weren't you here to talk about my feelings? T-then you shouldn't be sleeping!" Rin said.

"I guess Len isn't ok. He's just falling asleep. I guess I should take him home." Miku said as she felt Len's forehead.

He was really hot, wich means that he was sick. Really sick.

"I should take him home." Miku said.

"No. It's cold outside and his house is far away from here. We will get worse if he goes home now. I think it's ok if he stays here until he's better. You should go get some medicine."

"Ok, I'll be right back."

"W-what happend?" Len said when suddendly woke up.

"You fell asleep against my shoulder and Miku and I saw that you were really hot so, Miku left to get some medicine and you'll stay here untill you get better."

"I-I'm hot? ...T-thanks?" He said and blushed.

"Eh? A-ah! N-no! N-not that kind of hot! I-I meant that you're sick."

"Oh."

"So you'll stay here untill you get better. U-unless you want to go home."

"Nah."

"Y-you prefer to stay here?"

"Yeah, your house smells nice."

"R-really?"

"Yeah."

"Well... thank you, I guess..."

"I'm back!! Sorry if I took so long. Ah, Len you woke up! Here, I got you some medicine. I think you should get better soon with this." Miku said and gave him medicine.

"Thanks." Len said.

"You're welcome!"

"I know what will make him get better. I'll be right back." Rin said and left.

"Ok, I'll stay here with Len."

"......huh?" Len said.

"By the way Len, how did you got sick?"


"I don't know... It could be because yesterday I walked home without an umbrella and didn't dry off."

"You should be more careful. If you're sick you can't hangout with us. Especially with Rin. And... talking about Rin... I have been thinking on something long time ago... Len... do you love Rin?"

"......yes."

"Ahh! I knew it!! You should tell her that, you know? I bet she would be very happy. No, I think she would feel like she's in heaven." Miku said with a big grin on her face.

"She asked me that earlier... I said I loved... you."

"M-me!? Wait... You love us both!? A-and why did you told her that you loved me? You could tell her that you like her, just like you did to me!"

"...I-i'ts too embarassing."

"But you told me that you love me with no problem... maybe you love more Rin, isn't that right? That's why you can't tell her that. And... maybe that's why Rin was sad. Because you told her something that's not true. You love her, not me. And she's sad because she loves you, but you told her you love me. You should tell her that you love her."

"Where is she?"

"I don't know. She said she was going to get you something-"

"I'm back! I'm sorry if I took so long. I couldn't find this anywhere. Here, I know you'll feel better with this." Rin said as she gived Len bananas and smiled.

"Ah! You forgot to buy oranges too! I'll go get some!" Miku said as she blinked her eye to Len whispered 'good luck'.

"B-but I did get you oranges.... Ahm..... Rin...... I ....." Len said and suddendly kissed Rin.

Rin blushed deeply and for a few seconds she was shocked. She was enjoying it but she was also confused.

"W-what are you doing!? I-I though you said you love Miku! N-n-not me!"

"..." Len stood in silence.

"I-if you kissed me.... t-then.... t-that means that... y-you love me?"

"y-yeah."

"Y-you could tell me that early, you know? B-because I love you too. W-why did you told me that you loved Miku? Y-you made me really sad when you said that..." Rin said as she hugged Len.

"...Because it's too embarassing to tell you this..."

"Len... I really love you" Rin said and kissed Len.

"I... I like you too."

"Just like? You won't tell me that you love me?" Rin said and giggled.

"...I can't do it."

"Why?"

"It's too embarassing!"

"Don't be silly! I-I'll... I'll kiss you until you say you love me!" She said and kissed him.

Len tried to push her away, but Rin wouldn't stop that easily.

"Y-you... D-do you really love me?" She asked him.

"Y-yeah.... I.... I-I love you...." Len said as he blushed deeply.

"Then you should not try to push me away. Y-you're mean." She said while blushing.

"I was trying to say that I love you but you wouldn't stop kissing me."

"Well... now that you said that you love me... I'm going to kiss you more." Rin said and kissed him once more.
